 | House is located in a peaceful area and residential quarter; closest houses are more than 100m (100 yards about) far from our villa. Every garden is more than 2500 sq.ft.

| Garden of the villa is composed of Mediterrannean plants: palm trees 40 years old, oleanders, rose trees...
Flowers grow in terraces window boxes and around the garden. All of that gives a pleasant atmosphere and offers a lot of meridional fragrances, shadows and lights in concordance with nice points of view over the bay. |
